What is Telemedicine:
Telemedicine is remote medical care using electronic communication in the form of text messages, emails, phone calls and/or virtual (video) visits. Telemedicine helps us stay connected and get your pets the care they need when an in-home visit is not possible or even necessary. It can be used for general advice, a Q&A session, chronic condition management, new or changing symptoms, medication concerns, triage for urgent issues, or those quick questions that come up out of nowhere. We can provide guidance, treatment recommendations, or next steps all remotely. If the issue is beyond the scope of telemedicine capability, we will recommend an in-home visit.

Communication Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Sundays reserved for family and personal time

Payment policy: Full payment is expected upon rendering of services. We accept credit card, debit, cash, check, or Venmo @DrKelly-Tucker.
